Was so impressed with this apartment. Very clean, great location, especially if arriving into Piccadilly station. Handy for palace theatre etc. very clean. Staff fabulous. Despite the busy location the soundproofing was really good.
Great service and managed to check us in early and upgrade our room, super central location at a good price. Our hotel room smelled quite strongly of food cooked previously in it, but otherwise is a perfect budget option in the heart of the city. Surprisingly quiet for its location.
Thank you, our stay was excellent, the two bed apartment was lovely and clean and so spacious. The beds were extremely comfy and we couldn't believe how quiet it was up there. The kitchen was well equipped too. The parking behind the apartments was excellent, we were very grateful we got a space and really appreciated the parking extension on check out date, thank you so much. We didn't use the bar but it looked really good but the most impressive thing was the reception team.... 100%. So helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend enough and will definitely stay again.
Location? Perfect. Walked out the train station, turned to my friend, ‘hey wheres the hotel?’ BANG its right there Service? Immeasurable. Staff were absolutely delightful, let us check in more than an hour early and were nothing but sweet to us Room? World class. For the price we payed it was big, came with a beautiful view, a dishwasher and washing machine, a great bathroom, a comfy bed and 2 pullout beds I would recommend this room to my friends, my family, random people on the street, Jesus Christ when he returns to earth, my aunts dogs and your mother 10/10
A great place to stay. Was upgraded to a 2 bed 2 bath and it was spacious enough to be a long term stay. Excellent location as well. Only nit pick would be that the clothes washer/dryer unit needs a proper and thorough cleaning. Will definitely be rewashing all my clothes at home.
Rooms here were AMAZING! Super clean, incredibly tidy and gorgeous black out curtains. Bed was probably one of the most comfy beds I’ve ever slept on. No noise from outside. Staff upgraded free of charge on the day which was a lovely bonus. Would absolutely stay again.
Great location, staff very helpfull. My room (i had upgraded to a delux double) was massive but was full of open space, there were two 2 seater sofas that converted to sofa beds but as a sofa it was very uncomfortable. Also it only had single beds that made for an uncomfortable sleep. Tv was good but very limited channels. However the view was very good and the apartment was very clean. The space could be utilised a little better, but over all it was a nice stay.
Out of all the apartment hotels I have stayed at, this is definitely the highest standard. It is spotlessly clean, and has everything we need. There is a free bus right in front of us, convenient for sightseeing around the city. Manchester Piccadilly train station is right next to the hotel . Staffs are very warm and helpful. I can see that they are trying to do their best for the guests. We were impressed with the room upgrade! Thank you so much Jamie, for helping with our luggage!! Our stay was unforgettable.
